The Business respects users' privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information provided to it. This policy explains how information is collected, stored and used.
Information We Collect
When you contact us via the contact form, we collect information you provide voluntarily: name, company, phone, email address and the content of your inquiry. The site does not collect statistical usage data and runs no analytics tools.
Use of Information
The information is used only to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and improve our service and website. The Business does not operate a mailing list and does not send marketing email.
Disclosure to Third Parties
The Business will not transfer personal information to third parties, except as needed to provide the service, as required by law, or with your explicit consent.
Inquiries sent via the website form are processed through Resend - an external email provider used to deliver form content to the Business's inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which receives your IP address when the form is submitted, for the automated-submission check. Both providers operate outside Israel, so submitting the form involves transferring the information abroad.
Cookies and Data Stored in Your Browser
The website does not use cookies and runs no third-party tracking or analytics.
Your browser stores locally only the accessibility preferences you chose in the accessibility menu - text size, contrast, grayscale, link highlighting, readable font and motion reduction - so they persist on your next visit. It is saved only if you actually changed a setting, is never sent to the server, contains no identifier of any kind, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browsing data.
Data Security
The Business takes reasonable measures to secure the information but cannot guarantee absolute immunity from intrusion or misuse.
How Long We Keep Information
Inquiries received through the site are kept for as long as they are needed to respond and to maintain an ongoing business relationship, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Where a business engagement has been formed, information is retained in line with the reporting and record-keeping obligations that apply to the Business.
Your Rights
You may request to review the information held about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting the Business's email address.
Marketing Email
The Business does not operate a mailing list, and the site offers no way to subscribe to one. Contacting us through the form is used to answer that inquiry alone, and your address is not added to any list. Should this change, sign-up will require explicit consent and this policy will be updated accordingly.
